Terms of Service
These terms apply to Session Exporter, an open-source skills-only plugin published by Tor Production. By using the plugin, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the plugin under the MIT License. Use it only with conversations, workspaces, and data you are authorized to access and export.
Your responsibilities
- Review generated exports before storing or sharing them.
- Protect confidential, personal, proprietary, and regulated information.
- Respect the rights of conversation participants and applicable laws, contracts, and workplace policies.
- Do not use the plugin to obtain hidden system instructions, private chain-of-thought, credentials, or data from unrelated conversations or accounts.
- Delete or secure artifacts when they are no longer needed.
Host products and third parties
Session Exporter runs within a host product such as ChatGPT or Codex. Your use of that product, storage provider, Git service, or any destination to which you send an export is governed by the relevant third-party terms. Tor Production does not control those services.
No affiliation
Session Exporter is published by Tor Production. It is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by OpenAI.
No warranty
The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. An agent may lack access to older messages or metadata, and an export may therefore be incomplete. The integrity report is designed to disclose such limitations, not guarantee perfect recovery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tor Production and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss or disclosure of data arising from use of the plugin.
Suspension and changes
Distribution may be changed or discontinued, and these terms may be updated. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
